A Passion for Growth and People

My fascination with business started early. I was a young stay-at-home mom with far too much ambition and energy to only manage a home so I went back to college and earned an MBA. After my youngest went to school full-time I jumped into the world of search engine optimization as an entry‑level SEO specialist. Within weeks of joining 51Blocks in 2017, I was helping the founder organize the agency’s standard operating procedures.

The work felt like magic: combining creativity with process to help clients succeed. As I rose through the ranks, I noticed a pattern: businesses often stall because owners are trapped in day‑to‑day operations. I knew there had to be a better way.

From Operator to Leader

Two years after joining 51Blocks, I was promoted to COO. In this role I focused on transforming company culture and understanding partner needs. I realised that when you put people first and build clear systems, profits follow. This people‑centric leadership philosophy remains central to everything I do. I reject fear‑based leadership and believe that care, empathy and clear communication create teams that thrive.

This experience led me to author The Leadership Glow‑Up Recipe™ and The Employee Detachment Recipe™, practical guides that show leaders and employees how to become their best without burning out. These books were born from experience, not theory, and I often say they are the playbooks I wish I had early in my career.

Revolutionizing the Agency Model

In 2022, I helped to develop The Just Sell Method™, a turnkey framework that allows agency owners to focus on sales and marketing while we handle everything post‑payment. Our goal was simple: free founders from the operational weeds so they could grow their agencies faster and more profitably.  During my six years as the COO, I orchestrated a finely tuned operation that blends departments into a cohesive unit. With an unparalleled knack for efficiency and coordination, I ensure that everything runs like a well‑oiled machine while simultaneously focusing on company growth. 

The success of this method helped over 300 partners increase their client base and profitability and allowed Michael to step into a new venture while I took on the role of CEO in July 2023. I served as the driving force behind operational excellence.After my first year as CEO, we earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list in 2024, an acknowledgment of our status as one of the fastest‑growing private companies in America.

Empathy, Systems and Vision

My leadership style is deeply rooted in empathy and communication. I believe that if a decision benefits both the team and customers, it will ultimately be good for the business. I spend time understanding how each person prefers to communicate, video, text or audio, and adjust accordingly. I also believe that mistakes aren’t failures; they’re necessary for growth. These principles help create a culture where people feel safe, valued and empowered to innovate.

As CEO, I set out to build something rare – a company where people actually liked to work. A place where culture and profitability could coexist, and where both the team and clients felt genuinely supported. But as our agency grew, I faced a new challenge: maintaining profitability without compromising that vision.

Many agencies struggle to stay profitable at scale, weighed down by rising tool costs and operational complexity. I refused to accept that trade-off. Instead, I rebuilt our systems from the inside out; integrating cost-effective tools, refining our structure, and developing a live-reporting platform that delivers real-time data at a fraction of the usual cost.

That decision changed everything. We scaled sustainably, strengthened client trust, and ultimately built enough revenue proving that a people-first culture and a profitable business don’t have to be opposites.

Beyond The Agency

The farther I traveled in my own career, the more I realized that leadership is transferable. Business owners across industries struggle with the same challenges: unclear vision, operational chaos and leaders who have never been taught how to lead. That’s why I now offer Fractional CEO, Fractional COO and Leadership Coaching services. I leverage my experience scaling an Inc. 5000 company, building high‑performing teams and creating proven frameworks to help founders and executives get out of the weeds and into their zone of genius.
